4. Privacy Safeguards for AI Operations (BYOK)
When utilizing CrewMento's Generate via AIfeature, all processing calls pass through your organization's dedicated Google Gemini API Key. CrewMento acts as a secure pass-through pipeline. We do not retain raw AI prompts to build central public models, ensuring your proprietary operational secrets and trade knowledge remain strictly private.
5. Data Retention & Right to Erasure
- Active Retention: We retain historical verification timestamps, question metrics, and compliance reports as long as your account is active to support regulatory audits.
- Right to Erasure: Following the 30-day post-termination grace period, or upon receiving a formal data erasure request from an authorized administrator under regional privacy legislation, all personal and operational data associated with your tenant account will be permanently scrubbed from our systems.
